Suzanne Holland
General Manager IT
After graduating from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Information Systems and Marketing Suzanne commenced her professional career on the EDS (now HP) Graduate program. Over her 28 years in the industry, Suzanne has worked across numerous government and private organisations and is now the General Manager IT leading the business engagement team across Hire to Retire & Employee Experience and Retail & Shareholder Experience for New Zealand’s largest business and dairy co-operative, Fonterra. Suzanne has a passion for attracting, retaining and developing Women in IT and is a huge advocate for She#.
Meet the Panel
Jeeny Then
IT Graduate
Jeeny Then is currently in her second year of the IT Graduate Programme at Fonterra with previous experience in rotations across Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Business Analysis and Project Management departments. She's grown up as an expat in Shanghai before moving to New Zealand to complete her tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Management and Information Systems. Outside of work, she loves traveling, going to gigs, eating food and pilates.
Dr Caroline Murray
GM – On Farm Excellence – Animals
A veterinarian by training, Caroline spent several years in general veterinary practice both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Following her time in practice Caroline worked in a variety of roles in the animal health industry before moving back to New Zealand to join Fonterra.
Caroline and her team are continually striving to improve animal wellbeing, while supporting farmers to meet our consumer and customer expectations – enabling Fonterra to create goodness for generations to come.
Caroline Campbell
Technical Assistant
Caroline has been with Fonterra since 2017, working at Fonterra’s Research & Development Centre in Palmerston North.
Growing up in the United States, Caroline’s interest in science and the chemistry behind recipes led her to a BSc in Food Science & Technology from the University of Idaho followed by a Masters and a Ph.D. in Food Science at North Carolina State University. At Fonterra’s Research & Development Centre, Caroline has applied her knowledge on the R&D Yoghurt team performing laboratory and pilot plant research to develop new processes and products for customers worldwide.
Linda Mulvihill
General Manager Energy & Climate
Linda grew up on a sheep and beef farm in rural New Zealand, which embedded a passion for the land and agriculture. Linda gets to pursue both of these passions in both her professional and personal life. Linda is the General Manager of Energy & Climate for Fonterra, NZ’s largest dairy co-operative, where she leads the strategy and program to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions across the manufacturing sites, while also ensuring that the company has an economic and secure supply of energy. Linda has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws, and joined Fonterra via the graduate program and obtained her Masters of Dairy Science & Technology.
