The power of data is what links her multifaceted career steps together, starting as a strategy consultant and moving into in-house roles in different industries where growth was tied to data insights, loyalty and digital customer experience.
Kathryn is currently the Chief Analytics Officer for Woolworths NZ, helping one of NZ's biggest businesses on a data-led transformation.
Kathryn is in awe of the New Zealand data talent and believes that bringing different skillsets together will drive positive outcomes for individuals, teams, business and end customers.
