Donna, Microsoft NZ's Services Director since 2010, oversees Consulting and Support, driving Microsoft's Enterprise Customer empowerment. Returning in 2016 as Business Strategy Director, she concentrates on the Subsidiary’s growth and transformation strategy. Previously, Donna dedicated 15 years to the Airline Industry in NZ and Australia, shaping IT strategy, leading e-commerce, digital transformation, and marketing solutions. Post her 2004 departure from Air NZ, Donna served as CIO at Coca-Cola Amatil NZ for 6 years. There, she facilitated mobile sales, automated warehousing, and implemented the global Coca-Cola Bottler SAP ERP solution. Donna holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science and an MBA from Auckland University.

Rocky, pioneers holographic computing in the evolving era of technology. Microsoft's HoloLens stands as the world’s initial fully untethered holographic computer, seamlessly merging the digital and physical domains. This innovation unlocks vast possibilities for Microsoft, its clientele, and collaborators. Driving this initiative aligns with his overarching goal of fostering the Digital Society.

A regular presenter at industry events, including Microsoft Ignite, His expertise spans collaborations with governments, law enforcement, aviation, healthcare, finance, game studios, and ISVs. Prior to computer-centric career, he served as an aircraft mechanic, contributed to Cape Canaveral, and engaged with US government contractors.

Originally from London, Lance unintentionally ventured into a tech career when a temp job turned permanent, evolving into a decade-long contracting position. As a software developer, he contributed to JP Morgan’s Equities division in London and Tokyo, also working remotely from Christchurch. Later, he transitioned to a similar role in Westpac’s Financial Markets team in Auckland.

Lance entered an Analytics role within Westpac’s mortgages team, eventually departing the world of banking and corporate attire for his current position as an Insights Analyst at Trade Me. Having been around long enough to attend a workshop on the nascent concept of "the internet," He is now applying that knowledge and exploring ways to capitalize on it.

Federica is a Technical Business Analyst for the Data line of business, focused on modelling, storage, and retrieval of clinical data. She has been involved in strategic projects for North American and European customers, with the opportunity to widen her knowledge in insurance data.
She joined Orion Health three years ago as a Graduate Software Test Engineer and since then, thanks to the improved technical skills acquired, she worked her way into a BA role.
Federica has a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a 2 years specialization in Bioinformatics. Science and medicine are her passion, she could not be more excited to present Precision Medicine on behalf of Orion Health.

Head of Product at Lightbox, which is part of Spark Ventures. In Ventures She worked on a variety of projects, prototyping new ideas, building a couple of apps for Spark and evangelising about APIs. Ella is a product geek who loves experimentation and Human Centred Design.
