When you’re building technology, it’s important to think about more than just the features your product delivers. To be successful, you also need to build out extensions to your application or system that connects with the wider ecosystem. The result is building more than just an app, but a platform and service that customers love and stay with.
What you’ll learn at this event:
- Deloitte’s 10 Types of Innovation framework by applying it to an imaginary product. You’ll be able to take these learnings into your own work.
- How small changes in your product can result in big changes for your customers and the uptake of your platform.
- Put the Framework into action - split up into groups of 5 to create the next viral technology!
