Annabelle is a qualitative Design Researcher with experience leading research to launch new products and services and improve existing ones. She distils complex findings into simple actionable insights and is a champion of the user. With a background in art and design, Annabelle enjoys impacting the design process through research, and collaborating with others to design amazing customer experiences. Annabelle’s experience includes working at agencies in Toronto and Sydney and for Yahoo! and Westpac Australia. Annabelle now lives and works in her hometown in Auckland.

Born in Bulgaria and raised in Turkey, Hazel pursued design studies in both Turkey and Italy, gaining insights into contrasts, shifting context. Having lived and worked in many countries, Hazel possesses a keen ability to navigate diverse environments. Initially arriving in Aotearoa for a six-month mission, she now finds herself almost five years later, deeply rooted in the kiwi culture. With a background in Service and Systems design, some of Hazel’s work includes mentoring start-ups in the social innovation sector in Paris, helping NGOs in Cambodia, and setting up an Innovation Center for SAP in Auckland.
