She# was delighted to be invited to Deloitte for a Chatbot Design Workshop. Over 40 attendees were split into teams to develop a Chatbot solution in a case study presented by Deloitte. Experienced Deloitte consultants mentored each team to ensure they had the necessary guidance. Teams elected four members to talk to the “client” and understand the client requirements for the solution. Finally, a solution was presented by each team. Pizza, Drinks, and Networking saw the evening to a close!
