I hope this newsletter finds you in good health and spirits. I am thrilled to share that our recent She Sharp event held at Deloitte was a resounding success! We are immensely grateful for your support and participation, which were invaluable in making the event a memorable one.
One of the most significant lessons we learned during the event is the importance of being open to the creative process. We must not be afraid to share seemingly silly or 'dumb' ideas, as they can often lead to better ones and serve as a catalyst for innovation. Additionally, utilising frameworks provides a solid foundation and eliminates distractions when brainstorming ideas.
The biggest takeaway from the event was that innovation thrives when creativity and ideation intertwine with proven economic and business systems, frameworks, and models. It was fulfilling to see familiar faces and meet new ones, all looking to grow and learn in the technology space.
