Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who attended She Sharp & TechWomen: From Burnout to Balance at Amazon Web Services (AWS) office, this month. We had an amazing time, and we hope you did too!
🔥Burnout has become a significant issue in today's world, and we were glad to host this event during Mental Health Awareness Week. Big thank you to our exceptional speakers Brigette McGregor-Macdonald and Maja Lee, and our dedicated event partners amazing Pip Gilbert and Sasha Mullins. Your hard work and dedication made this event an informative and valuable experience for all.
👓 Daily Reflection: Take a moment each day to pause, reflect, and give your thoughts the attention they deserve.
✨Flip the Perspective: Life's all about choices, right? So choose to see challenges as exciting opportunities waiting to be conquered. Shift that perspective, and watch the magic happen!
🌿Fuel Your Fire: Your health is the secret weapon against burnout. Stay hydrated, nourish yourself with wholesome food, and move that body!
☀️Nature's Reset Button: Get outside, soak up the sunshine, and let nature work its wonders.
